Microbial Contamination (Enumeration)

In-House methods (AOAC) for the enumeration of Total Aerobic Microbial Counts (TAMC), Total Yeast and Mold Counts (TYMC) and Bile Tolerant Gram Negative bacteria (BTGN) by conventional plating.

Add specified organisms to account for your quality specifications; we also test for presence/absence of Salmonella spp, E. coli, Pseudomonas spp. and Staph. aureus. First screen is by selective and differential plating, positive hits are confirmed by qPCR.
